MEET OUR ALL VOLUNTEER BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Danielle Abildgaard
Christy Anderson is a nurse practitioner at Capital Allergy & Respiratory Disease Center. Her primary focus is in asthma and allergic disease. She has two daughters, Makaila and Madisyn, who both participate in RCTC’s workshops and absolutely love being on stage. She works as a production assistant backstage during the shows and assists the artistic staff and cast members every weekend during rehearsals. She enjoys working with the cast, artistic staff, and parent volunteers in this capacity as she is able to watch the growth and hard work that takes place from the very first rehearsal until the curtain closes on the final night. She has seen firsthand not only the creative benefits that theatre has to offer our children, but the personal development and confidence that they gain while working together as a team to put on these fabulous shows.
Steven Briggs (President) is the marketing and brand manager at The Sacramento Bee. His daughter, Chaney, was a former cast member in many RCTC shows and graduated from Marymount Manhattan College and is now a professional dancer in NYC where she is part of the Rioult Dance Co. She is thrilled to be a part of this wonderful organization.
